I’ve been doing THM since 2015, so I feel like I can give a fair review. I’ve just looked through the entire book and overall I’m not too happy. Many recipes require ingredients from the THM store, sometimes 3+. I’m not a fan of that at all, I wish someone would just go back to the basics of it with the occasional coconut oil or almond flour. I guess it’s required to push their products to have the THM label slapped on the book 🙄. The closest I’ve came to that would be the cookbooks by Brianna. The food does look pretty good overall but I’m not into insane amounts of ingredients or lots of time. I think my grocery bill would probably double if I were to cook from this book for a week.
